Frequently asked questions
We go above and beyond to make your pet happy and comfortable. Usually they end up loving their holiday!
We do a trial night or two before a longer stay to allow us to assess them and this will help them to settle.
However if they are very unsettled we unfortunately won't be able to have them stay, as in a home from home environment this would keep everyone including the dogs awake! They may cause damage to doors also furniture and create a stressful environment.
We will need their harness or collar that they're normally walked in. Halti head collars are fine if your dog is happy wearing it.
We don't allow muzzles or any type of anti-barking/electronic device collar (even if its turned off)
We provide leads, bowls, toys and clean comfortable bedding.
A piece of clothing, blankets or personal toy that contains a scent from home is recommended to help your pet settle.
Bedding can be sent if you wish but please keep in mind that dogs belongings may get destroyed or soiled.
We also need their usual food as changes to diet may cause stomach upset.
Please label dogs belongings where possible, especially dog food.
We aim to make your dog feel as comfortable and safe as possible. and can provide various different sleeping arrangements in a home from home environment
